Below we have answered many of the questions they are commonly received by our booking specialists. Of course it's likely you will have a question or two that isn't answered below, which can easily be solved with a quick phone call to our team who will provide you with all the assistance you need. While on the phone they can even provide you with your free quote for whatever event or occasion you are in the planning stages of, no commitment needed, the quote is absolutely free with no strings attached. Once you have a quote and can call back whenever to pick up where you left off and book the vehicle you want. Just be sure not to wait until the last minute, even with our massive vehicle fleet we still book up solid weeks, if not months in advance, especially during wedding season and for any big events in the area.

What information do you need from me in order to book vehicle?
Honestly, setting up a rental isn't very difficult to do. All we need from you is the amount of people that you need to transport and a few other key details such as where you're going, for how long you will be needing the service, your pick up and drop off location and what kind of event that you're planning for and we'll be able to get something arranged for you!

Do I need to make a deposit to hold a vehicle?
Yes, in order for us to reserve a vehicle for you we require a minimum deposit. Once you make that deposit, that bus is reserved only for you for the specified block of time! When you call for a free quote we can't hold the bus until you decide to make it official with your down payment. Once you make your deposit with a valid credit card that's when you can rest assured no one else will take your bus from you.

Can I smoke on the vehicle I book?
We're sorry but because our vehicles often come with premium leather we cannot allow smoking which can taint the quality of the leather, thus causing the quality of our vehicles to be lessened. As you can see it is not ideal for smoking to be allowed. Your driver will happily make any pit stops you may need for smoke and or bathroom breaks.

Well that's a bummer. We can drink, right?
Absolutely! In fact, our bars come fully iced up ready to keep the drinks cold all night! We even have cup holders built in to the design of our vehicles for your convenience! Enjoy whatever drinks you want because we realize that after a long week of work it sometimes take a stiff drink to relax and because of that we want you to have a good time. Enjoy.

Do you provide alcohol or should we bring our own?
We are not able to provide alcohol for you, so as long as you and your guests are of legal drinking age, go ahead and bring whatever you'd like to drink on board! If you so wish you can ask the driver to swing by the store so you and your guests can stock up as you begin your journey.

What happens if we need to use your service for more time than we thought?
It's simple. Let our driver know with as much notice as possible and we will be able to extend your run at the pre-negotiated rate that we both agreed upon during the negotiation of our contract. It's really just that simple. If you know you will be going way over the agreed upon time ahead of time call and let us know so we can make sure it can be accommodated.

How far can I travel during my rental?
We service all of Denver, El Paso County, and several surrounding counties. As long as your travels fit within your rental time, we can take you wherever you need to go in our service area!
